Chapter 10: The fog of war In Chapter 10, Al Koski finds himself in in Washington state and Alaska, working on the defensive infrastructure designed to protect the west coast of America in the event of a Japanese invasion. 1. I have not found written documentation that clearly indicates where Al was during the Dutch Habor attack. Al told various people that he was in Dutch Harbor during the Japanese attack and indicated that he somehow ended up in the water during that attack. Media and Web links: 1.
