Using the Ordinary Heroes BookOnDownload on a Windows PC


Downloading and installation:

  1. 1.Click a link to start the download:     Primary downloadsite    Secondary download site

  2. 2. Click the Save button, then select a location to download the file.

  3. 3. Click the Save button to begin the download. This is a fairly large download (470MB), so it may take some time, depending on the speed of  your Internet connection.

  4. 4. After downloading the file to your computer, unzip  OrdinaryHeroesBookOnDownloadSetup.zip to reveal OrdinaryHeroesBookOnDownloadSetup.exe.

  5. 5. Double-click OrdinaryHeroesBookOnDownloadSetup.exe and follow the prompts to install the software.

  6. 6. After installation you may delete the files OrdinaryHeroesBookOnDownloadSetup.zip and OrdinaryHeroesBookOnDownloadSetup.exe.


To run the program after installation:

  1. 1.Click Start, point to Programs, point to Ordinary Heroes BookOnDownload, click Ordinary Heroes BookOnDownload.


Using the program:

  1. 1.The BookOnDownload is an electronic book, with pages that match the printed book.

  2. 2.You can select any chapter from the Contents menu or enter a page number in the Go to Page box to jump to any page.

  3. 3.Use the vertical scroll bar to scroll up and down the page if the entire page does not fit on your screen.

  4. 4.The chapter headings and all figures marked Click here for Web info or Click here to watch video are linked to video or Web resources. Just click the link to view the video or Web info.

  5. 5.Click the < Back and Next > buttons to move between pages.

  6. 6.To purchase access to the full product, click Help, Pay for this product and follow the prompts to complete a secure payment of $9.95 USD using your credit card or PayPal account.


To Purchase Access to the Full Content:

  1. 1.Click Help, Pay for this product and follow the prompts to complete the online payment of $9.95 USD using your credit card or PayPal account.

  2. 2.After you receive the confirmation e-mail from PayPal, click Help, Activate product and enter the information from the confirmation e-mail. The BookOnDownload will then be activated for your use.


To Uninstall the Program:

  1. 1.Click Start, point to Programs, point to Ordinary Heroes BookOnDownload, click Uninstall Ordinary Heroes BookOnDownload.
